The continuous steel strip is pressed into an approximate Λ shaped spiral steel, which is wound between the inner and outer layers of hot-melt polyethylene (D500 ~ d2000mm), reaching the three ring stiffness grades of SN8, sn12.5 and sn16. It breaks through the limitation that the general ring stiffness of large-diameter plastic buried drainage pipe can only reach SN8, and has the advantages of low material consumption, low cost and advanced production technology.
